All products sold through the Site are print-on-demand merchandise. Orders are processed through third-party fulfillment partners. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You authorize the charge to your selected payment method
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by region
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

4. Gift Program

Gifts redeemed through the Gift Hub are subject to availability. Gift tokens are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the gift program at any time.

5. Promo Codes

Promo codes are subject to terms specified at the time of distribution. Codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, and product restrictions. We reserve the right to revoke any promo code at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, character designs, and merchandise designs, is the property of Dinomads Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The OUTSHINE collective name, character names (NOVA, HAZE, VOLT, BLOOM, RAZE, DRIFT, BYTE, FLUX), and associated visual identities are trademarks of Dinomads Group.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
